DDA UK is a peer-led fellowship supporting people living with both mental health challenges and substance/alcohol misuse (dual diagnosis). Following an adapted 12 plus 5 Step programme, members draw on their own lived experience to help others in recovery, providing mutual aid, peer support meetings, and community connection across the UK.
