CDARS (Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services)

CDARS (Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services) is a charity based in Wimbledon Chase, London SW20 8LX, providing long-term community support for over 30 years. The organisation offers counselling, support groups, mental health management, suicide prevention, and substance and alcohol disorder treatment for vulnerable groups including veterans and their families across the boroughs of Merton, Wandsworth, Richmond, Kingston and Sutton. CDARS is a partner in the Wandsworth Community Drug and Alcohol Service consortium and delivers health and wellbeing programmes, arts, music, choir and sports activities, housing and homelessness support, education and employment assistance, and treatment for perpetrators of domestic violence. The charity builds self-confidence and practical skills to help people integrate within their local communities.
