Genuine Partnerships is a nationally recognised Rotherham-based team of practitioners, parent carers and young people who work together as equal partners, modelling and supporting co-production and inclusive practice. The team is rooted in the lived experience of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families, with the Cornerstones approach developed directly from the experiences of Rotherham children, young people and parent carers. Lived and living experience is at the heart of all research, training and advocacy work.
