LSLCS was founded in 1999 by a group of campaigning mental health service users who wanted a non-medical, non-diagnostic approach to crisis support outside of a clinical environment. They operate from Dial House in East Leeds, providing compassionate, person-centred support including a Connect Helpline, Teen Connect, Deaf Connect, and groupwork services.
