The Sorted Project is a Scottish charity established in 2008, providing post-treatment recovery reintegration support for people aged 18+ across Edinburgh and Lothian who have experienced ill health due to substance use and associated mental health difficulties. The organisation works at the stable and post-treatment stage of the recovery pathway, helping people access education, volunteering, training, and employment to prevent exclusion. Support is delivered through peer workers with lived experience of recovery, offering one-to-one peer support, workshops on motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and action planning.
