Scottish Recovery Network (SRN) is a Scottish organisation established in 2004 that promotes and supports mental health recovery. Its vision is to build a recovery-focused mental health system for Scotland, powered by lived experience and strengthened by peer support. SRN's mission is to work alongside people, services, and organisations to nurture and champion mental health lived experience and peer support, driving recovery-focused transformation across Scotland's mental health system. Through its 10-year strategic plan, Catalysts for Change (2026–2036), SRN focuses on accelerating the shift towards recovery by creating spaces and opportunities for lived experience and peer support leaders to grow, connect, and influence change. Key programmes include sharing recovery stories, building a peer workforce, and offering the Peer Recovery Hub — a set of tools and resources for peer support practitioners.
