Global - Lived experience research is still treated as a nice-to-have. PLOS Mental Health is trying to change that — and they need your work to do it. They just launched a new collection: The Power of Peers in Times of Crises — a call for papers that puts peer-led knowledge at the center, not the margins. Research articles are specifically encouraged. Including those authored by experts by experience. That's not a footnote — that's the point. They're looking for submissions on: → Peer-led interventions in crisis contexts → Co-design and co-production (research, policy, practice) → Capacity and resilience building → Human rights and legal frameworks Sir Graham Thornicroft joins as Guest Editor. Submissions open until 7 June 2026. If you've done the work — in the field, in communities, in your own life — this is where it belongs. On the record. In a peer-reviewed journal that's actively making space for it. Don't let that knowledge stay unpublished. 👉 Full details and submission info via PLOS Mental Health
