Organized annually by GGZ NHN, the Talententuin serves as both a recruitment process and orientation. Participants attend eight training days to explore the role's content and format, build a portfolio of learnings, and conclude with a portfolio review and final presentation. Candidate Profile No completed certification is required, but relevant experience helps. 🧠 Ideal candidates - Maintain a work rhythm of over 16 hours weekly (paid or volunteer) for at least one year. - Possess MBO-4 level skills. - Have completed or are undertaking WRAP (submit certificate with application). - Aim for at least 24 hours weekly capacity. 🧠 What GGZ NHN Offers - Salary: FWG 40, up to €3,803 gross monthly (full-time). - 8.33% end-of-year and holiday allowances. - €1,000 annual balance budget for training, extra leave, or payout (pro-rated). - CAO GGZ benefits: travel (€0.36/km), bike/sports plans, 166 vacation + 35 LFB hours (full-time), collective health insurance, 50% pension contribution, unlimited GGZ NHN Academy access. - Initial 1-year contract.
