Rosie's Place, the nation's first women's shelter founded in 1974, seeks a Recovery Support Navigator in Boston, MA – full-time, $55K-$65K with comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 403(b), pension, PTO). Support homeless women with substance use challenges via navigation, accompaniment to services, short-term case management, crisis intervention, and peer-led groups using strength-based, trauma-informed approaches. ​ 🧠 Key Responsibilities - Assist with recovery plans, referrals, and self-advocacy - Facilitate support groups and de-escalate crises respectfully -Build rapport, document progress, and coordinate with partners 🧠 Qualifications - HS diploma (Recovery Coach Cert preferred) - Personal recovery experience valued - Strong communication/organizational skills - Boston recovery systems knowledge - Bilingual a plus!
