Part-time (20 hrs/week, Mon/Fri/Sat preferred), $23.25+/hr with 403(b), PTO, EAP, and flexible scheduling. Leverage your lived experience to support adults in emotional distress through empathetic, person-centered conversations, creative activities, and co-created wellness plans. ​ 🧠 Key Responsibilities: - Engage in mutual, trust-based dialogue during crises - Hold space for diverse emotional experiences without judgment - Advocate for dignity-driven, recovery-focused care 🧠 Qualifications: -Lived experience with mental health challenges/trauma - Strong relationship-building skills - Valid driver's license. - Intentional Peer Support training a plus – training provided!
