Launching LA's 24/7 mobile behavioral health response team, and they're looking for a dynamic professional to join the West Hollywood Care Team in a hybrid on-call role. 🧠 The Role - Triage Manager: Lead crisis response by dispatching peer teams from 988/911 calls, managing workflows, tracking data (response times, outcomes, locations), and overseeing vehicles. - Peer Specialist: Leverage lived experience in mental health, substance use, or homelessness to provide de-escalation, resource connections, and promote self-determination. 🧠 Position Details 📍 Location: Altadena, CA (serving West Hollywood and integrating with LA County MCOT/PMRT) ⏰ Schedule: Flexible on-call 💰 Pay: $33.80–$34.17/hr (experience-based) 🧠 Requirements ✔️ BA preferred + 1 year of management experience ✔️ CA driver’s license ✔️ Peer certification (or willingness to obtain) ✔️ Strong de-escalation skills Turn your lived experience into leadership and make a difference in crisis response.
