The Netherlands - Rebuilding Lives Through Experience , NovaFarm-Grip is hiring! NovaFarm-Grip, based across Walcheren and Zuid-Beveland, offers people who have lost their footing a chance to rebuild life and hope, through residential care and day activities on a working farm. They are looking for a Residential Support Worker / Experience Expert for 20–24 hours per week to join our small, compassionate team. 🧠 What you’ll do: - You’ll support participants in their recovery journey, helping with daily tasks, grocery shopping, cooking, developing healthy routines, and reconnecting with community activities such as sports or hobby clubs. - As a key bridge-builder, you’ll contribute experiential insight and practical guidance under the supervision of an experienced case manager, supporting personal growth across all life domains. 🧠 What they’re looking for: - MBO background (social care or related field) - Driver’s license and own transport - Knowledge of mental health and/or addiction challenges - Resident of Walcheren or Zuid-Beveland - A hands-on, empathetic, flexible team player This role values lived experience as expertise, transforming empathy into action and hope into outcomes.
