USA - Exciting peer support role in Wisconsin! Join Crandon Area Family & Community Program (FCP) as a Transitional Living Peer Support Specialist, part-time onsite in Crandon, WI. Leverage your lived recovery experience (2+ years sobriety required) to build healing relationships, transport residents, assist with goal-setting, problem-solving, and community resource navigation using trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing. 🧠 Key Responsibilities - Transport residents to appointments/activities and maintain records - Share personal mental health/recovery experiences to inspire - Advocate, provide resources, and overcome participation barriers 🧠 Requirements - HS diploma - Clean driver's license (18+) - Pass background/drug screens. - CPR/WI Peer Support training provided. - Preferred: 1+ year in residential AODA/mental health settings. 🧠 Benefits - 5 weeks PTO - 3 weeks holidays - Premium-free health insurance - 401k match, FSA, STD, life insurance
