Sustainable Wellness Solutions (SWS) is hiring a Peer Wellness Mentor in North Highlands, CA (Hybrid) – 37.5 hrs/week full-time with competitive salary, bi-weekly pay, full benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, EAP), and growth potential. Partnering with Turning Point Community Programs' CORE initiatives, you'll deliver peer support, facilitate groups, coach on wellness plans, and connect folks to resources – all rooted in hope, empowerment, and community integration. 🧠 Key Responsibilities: - Lead peer-led activities promoting recovery principles -Provide navigation, coaching, and crisis support -Document in EHR systems like SmartCare -Conduct outreach to boost program visibility Qualifications: Lived experience (personal or family), 6+ months in mental health/community work, strong communication, CA driver's license, DOJ clearance. Peer certification required within 3 months. Bilingual skills a plus!
