📢 We are beyond excited to introduce Valentina DG as our newest Experience Hub Ambassador! Valentina will be representing two regions for us: the United Kingdom and Italy - we couldn't have found a better person for the role. Living in London, Valentina brings something we truly value: a first-hand, lived perspective on the UK. Not from a distance, but from within. That kind of grounded presence is exactly what our mission asks for - real people, in real places, who understand the communities we want to reach. Her connection to Italy runs just as deep. Through her family and her annual month-long stay in her hometown, Italy isn't just a region on a map for Valentina - it's part of who she is. For now, Valentina will also cover the Spanish and Latin American regions until we find a suited ambassador for those areas. But what makes Valentina's profile especially meaningful to us goes beyond geography. She holds a degree in psychology and built her professional expertise as a speech and language therapist. At Experience Hub, we firmly believe that an inclusive organisation cannot be built by lived experience alone - and equally, not by professional expertise alone. It takes both. It takes people from different disciplines sitting at the same table, listening to one another, and building something together that none of them could have built alone. Valentina helps us embody exactly that. And in doing so, she helps us become what we want to be: an organisation that doesn't just talk about wholesome, inclusive care — but actually practises it, from the inside out.
